My stay at the resort was quite mixed. On one hand, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, and the pool area was lovely and well-kept. On the other hand, the rooms left much to be desired with some issues such as outdated facilities and a lingering odor. The location wasn't ideal either, as stepping outside made me feel a bit uncomfortable due to the surroundings. Overall, the hospitality from the staff was a standout feature, but there are definitely areas needing improvement.
